1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "ck365", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the ck365 platform accessible at ck365.io.
• "Platform" refers to the ck365 website, mobile site, and any associated applications or services made available at ck365.io.
• "Member", "you", "your" refers to any individual who has registered a valid account on the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Member upon registration on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total value of funds, including real-money funds and bonus funds where applicable, held in a Member's Account at any given time.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any amount staked by a Member on a sporting event, casino game, or other gambling product offered on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, or matched deposit amount credited to an Account under a specific promotional offer.
• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer identity and age verification process required before withdrawals are processed.
• "BDT" or "৳" refers to Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency used for all transactions on the Platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ck365. By completing the registration process, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You have read and fully understood these Terms & Conditions.
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions and all policies incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

Any Account found to be held by a person under 21 will be closed immediately, all pending bets voided, and any balance forfeited in accordance with applicable responsible gaming obligations.

3.2 One Account Per Member

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. If ck365 determines that a single individual holds more than one Account, all such Accounts may be suspended or closed. Any winnings or bonuses accrued via duplicate Accounts may be voided. Members who believe their Account has been duplicated in error should contact [email protected] immediately.

3.3 Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and any other information reasonably requested by ck365. You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date. ck365 is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate information provided at registration.

3.4 Geographic Restrictions

The Platform is primarily operated for residents of Bangladesh. Residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law access the Platform at their own risk and legal responsibility. ck365 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or available for use in any jurisdiction outside its intended market.

4. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. ck365 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access results from your failure to keep credentials secure.

You agree to notify ck365 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. ck365 reserves the right to suspend any Account where suspicious activity is detected pending investigation.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, whether conducted by you or any other person who accesses your Account using your credentials.

5. Identity Verification (KYC)

ck365 is required to conduct identity verification checks on all Members before processing any withdrawal request. As part of the KYC process, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A copy of your National Identity Card (NID) or valid passport.
• A recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your residential address (dated within the last three months).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposit (e.g., a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account registered to the same name).

ck365 reserves the right to request additional documentation at its discretion. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period as specified by ck365 may result in suspension of withdrawal rights and, in cases of prolonged non-compliance, closure of the Account.

All documentation submitted for KYC purposes is handled in accordance with the ck365 Privacy Policy and is not shared with third parties except as required by law or for fraud prevention purposes.

6. Deposits and Payment Methods

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ck365 accepts deposits via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Bank Transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). ck365 does not accept deposits in any foreign currency.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳100. The minimum deposit via card payment (Visa, Mastercard) or bank transfer is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits may apply and are displayed within the deposit section of your Account. ck365 reserves the right to amend deposit limits at any time.

6.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your Account within 60 seconds. Bank transfers and card deposits may take longer to process depending on the issuing institution. ck365 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

6.4 Deposit Restrictions

You may only deposit funds that belong to you. The use of funds obtained through unlawful means is strictly prohibited. ck365 reserves the right to refuse any deposit at its discretion and to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction that appears unusual or potentially suspicious.

7. Withdrawals

7.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals may only be requested by Members who have completed the KYC verification process. Withdrawals will be paid to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. ck365 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not previously used by the Member for deposit purposes.

7.2 Processing Times

ck365 aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within a few hours of approval during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Processing times may be extended in cases where additional verification is required or where the withdrawal falls outside of normal operating hours. ck365 is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.

7.3 Minimum Withdrawal Amount

The minimum withdrawal amount via mobile financial services is ৳500. Minimum withdrawal amounts for other payment methods are displayed within the withdrawal section of your Account. ck365 reserves the right to amend minimum withdrawal thresholds at any time with notice to Members.

7.4 Withdrawal Holds

ck365 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on any withdrawal request pending verification checks, anti-money-laundering review, or investigation of any suspected prohibited activity. Where a hold is applied, the affected Member will be notified and given the opportunity to provide any information or documentation required to resolve the hold.

8. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by ck365 are subject to specific terms that accompany each individual promotion. The following general principles apply to all ck365 bonuses:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings can be transferred to the real-money balance or withdrawn.
• Bonus offers are available to eligible Members only. ck365 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Only one bonus may be active per Account at any given time unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between Accounts or exchanged for cash equivalents.
• ck365 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. In such cases, ck365 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice where practicable.
• Any Member found to be abusing the bonus system — including through the creation of multiple Accounts, collusion, or the use of automated tools — will have bonuses voided and may have their Account suspended or closed.

9. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the ck365 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type. General rules that apply across all betting and gaming products on the Platform include the following:

• All bets are final once confirmed. ck365 does not accept requests to amend or cancel a confirmed bet except where expressly provided for in the rules of a specific product.
• In the event of a technical error or obvious pricing mistake, ck365 reserves the right to void affected bets. Members will be notified of any such voidance and the staked amount will be returned to the Account balance.
• ck365 reserves the right to limit, restrict, or suspend betting on any market or event at any time without prior notice.
• Casino game results are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by the outcome of physical game events conducted by accredited game studio operators including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. ck365 does not influence game outcomes.

10. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ck365 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or assisting another person to circumvent the one-account-per-person rule.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration or KYC verification.
• Using funds derived from unlawful activity to make deposits on the Platform.
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any sporting event, casino game, or other gambling product offered on the Platform.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting, or any systematic strategy designed to exploit bonus terms or pricing errors.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage on the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform on behalf of, or for the benefit of, a third party.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Members or third parties in connection with betting activity on the Platform.
• Attempting to access, interfere with, or disrupt any system, server, or network used to operate the Platform.

11. Responsible Gaming

ck365 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting the wellbeing of its Members. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from within Account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit to your Account.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been actively playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing, during which no deposits, bets, or logins will be permitted.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your Account and opt out of all ck365 marketing communications.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of ck365. Any unauthorised use of Platform content may result in termination of your Account and may give rise to legal action.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ck365 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from a technical fault, system outage, or connectivity issue.
• Loss of data or Account information resulting from circumstances beyond ck365's reasonable control.
• Errors in odds, pricing, or game results subsequently corrected in accordance with these Terms.
• Any delay in deposit processing or withdrawal payment attributable to a third-party payment processor.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

14. Privacy and Data Protection

15. Amendments to These Terms

ck365 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, ck365 will endeavour to notify registered Members by email or via an on-Platform notification with at least 7 days' notice before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the changes.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, ck365 encourages Members to contact the support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. ck365 will use reasonable endeavours to resolve any complaint within 10 business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, the parties may agree to refer the matter to an independent dispute resolution body. ck365 shall not be required to submit to arbitration or legal proceedings in any jurisdiction where it does not maintain a registered entity.
